PROBLEM: Acne Scars & Skin Discoloration
HOW IT WORKS: GLYCOLIC ACID is one of the common acne scarred skin or skin discoloration removal treatments by dermatology and beauty professionals. By exfoliating that top damaged layer of skin, the newer (healthier) skin can be revealed, resulting in smooth and younger looking skin.
GLYCOLIC ACID typically can peel the thickened outer layer of dead skin cells and discolored skin to reveal newer skin underneath.
* This is a Medical Grade Glycolic Acid. Ideally you should use 40% for acne scars but you should try 30% acid If you are a new peeler. 40% acid if your skin is used to 30% acid for a few months. 60% acid is for experienced users or professionals. Use 10% Glycolic Cream if you have reasonably good skin and wants to get the benefits of skin peel but does not want to go through the hassle, or if you are just timid about doing chemical peels or if you want an essential daily maintenance kit.
